Prosser Wilbert Construction served as the Design – Builder for the Housing Authority of the Osage Tribe’s four – plex market rate facility. Each unit is 1,200 sq. ft. with a family room, two bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped kitchen with Energy Star rated appliances, energy efficient heat pumps, recessed lighting, storage rooms, and dedicated carports. The buildings were wood framed structures with brick, exterior siding and asphalt shingle roofing. Mechanical system was split system heating & Cooling units . Scope included all site utilities, parking lots, landscape and site amenities.
