Prosser Wilbert Construction provided general contracting services for the Argentine Betterment Corp to build a new grocery store as a part of the Argentine Neighborhood Development Association program to revitalize the area.

Site work included the demolition of an existing 15,000 sq. ft. brick and steel building to make room for the new store. The new store is a structural steel framed building with masonry and EIFS exterior. The interior of the building features a meat prep area, several food coolers and freezers. The mechanical systems include a refrigeration system with standard rooftop units and a fire sprinkler system.

Site improvements include a brick enclosure to house the trash receptacle, a brick cart corral, new parking lot and landscaping.
