Prosser Wilbert Construction provided general contracting services for a terminal expansion and remodel project for SAIA LTL Freight Company. The project includes a 26,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing warehouse, remodel of existing 4,750 sq. ft. office space, a new security guard office and a new warehouse dock office.

Site work included a 450,000 sq. ft. concrete truck parking lot; 36,000 sq. ft. asphalt auto parking lot; new storm water drainage system; new site lighting; fencing; landscaping; curbs; gutters and sidewalks.
