This $3.5 million renovation included weather proofing, siding, windows and roofing replacement and repairs for 27 units at The Lofts at Park Place and 150 units at The Residences at Park Place. The work was expanded to include a new exterior coating for all 3 buildings, siding and window renovation and a complete renovation of the pool cabana . The work was coordinated around occupied units with minimal disruption.
