Prosser Wilbert Construction was selected to provide general contracting/design-build services for the construction of a new 33,900 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building maintenance facility.  Building included 5,000 sq. ft. of finished office space and a 5,000 sq. ft. hollow core mezzanine.  MEP systems for the project were delivered design build including a 20,000 gallon underground tank wet pipe fire suppression system.  Construction also included installation of two (2) 20 ton heavy duty bridge cranes.  Daily coordination was provided throughout construction for the new maintenance building which was constructed in the yard of an operating facility.
