Prosser Wilbert Construction, Inc. served as the general contractor for construction of a new outdoor aquatic center for the city of Lyons. The project consisted of two buildings, a 1,655 square foot bathhouse and a 672 square foot filter building.

A new swimming pool with a water surface of 6,516 square feet was built and features a lazy river, an open flume waterslide, one – meter and three – meter springboard diving, floatables, water spray features and a family slide.
