Prosser Wilbert Construction provided Construction Management at Risk services for this project which included the renovation of a hotel built in the early 1800’s located in Old Town Lenexa. The spaces were adapted to accommodate the main offices of the Lenexa Parks and Recreation Service Center. Included in the renovation are several spaces that are interactive and conducive to communication and include administration and office areas, meeting spaces, training rooms, and a break room.
