Prosser Wilbert Construction served as the general contractor for the construction of a new 4,100 sq. ft. dental clinic and complete site development. The dental clinic has a large reception and waiting area, two surgery suites, seven treatment rooms, three hygiene rooms, a consult room and an x-ray area along with general offices. The construction consisted of a wood framed building with a TPO roofing system. The exterior façade included brick, EFIS and steel canopies. The interior finishes include carpeting and LVT flooring throughout the offices along with a large amount of custom millwork. Site work included all new underground utilities, site drainage, a concrete parking lot, trash enclosure, landscaping and site lighting. Project was completed on time and within budget.
