This 4 – story, wood framed, 92 room 50,000 SF hotel was completed in October 2020
amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, Porte Cochere, corner market, guest laundry, banquette dining,
breakfast dining, food prep area, lounge, lobby, meeting room, a four stop traction elevator, and an office center wit h
storage. This project utilized a TPO roof, aluminum windows & storefront, a wet fire suppression system, PTAC HVAC
to condition guest rooms, conventional split HVAC system to condition common areas, and an asphalt parking lot with
Tesla car charging stations. This project included all site utilities, and landscaping. The hotel was built with Wood tone lap siding, Coronado Stone, and EIFS.
