Prosser Wilbert Construction provided general contracting services for the construction of three new tire retail stores. The buildings feature a prefabricated tire rack system and mezzanine walkway. The three – bay service area is large enough to accommodate up to six vehicles at one time. The stores also include a retail showroom, customer waiting area, sales area, private offices and tire storage area. Site work included landscaping, concrete parking and sidewalks.
