Project involved the interior finish of an existing facility that remained in operation throughout the construction process. The project required multiple phases and night shift work to accommodate the operating call center. Daily communication and coordination with the owner’s staff; was critical to the success of the project. The scope of work included new finishes, painting, carpet, tile, millwork, miscellaneous wall and ceiling repairs. Temporary relocation of furniture was required to allow new finish work to be performed.
