This project included the construction of interior partitions, installation of laboratory casework, as well as finishing walls, floors, and ceilings. The scope also included the installation of new mechanical equipment, ductwork, electrical equipment, emergency generators, reverse osmosis water system, laboratory fixtures, and plumbing.

This project required that the existing business operations in the building not be disrupted during construction. In order to ensure that the existing operations not be disturbed, PWCI developed an aggressive completion schedule which included the completion of some tasks after hours.
