Prosser Wilbert Construction, Inc. provided complete Design Build Services for an addition to an industry leader that produces poultry Vaccines. The addition houses a new Fermentation Room as well as a Mechanical Room with boiler and mineral oil tank containment pit.

The project Scope consisted of a 2,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing facility using a pre-engineered metal building. Prosser Wilbert Construction, Inc. and its Design Building Team scheduled and coordinated the construction of the addition without requiring the existing lab facility to come offline. From start to finish, the project was completed in less than 90 days.
