Prosser Wilbert Construction was selected as the general contractor for the remodel of the AMC West Olive 16 auditorium theatre. The remodel featured upgrades to auditoriums offering two different styles of Dine-In Theatres. A casual dining experience in the Fork & Screen auditoriums or a more upscale experience with personal recliners in the Cinema Suites. Both options offer extensive menus and seat-side service at the push of a button.

To accommodate the dine-in-theatres a full services kitchen was added to the existing facility along with a new bar and lounge. The project also included upgrades to the concession area, lobby and box office. Restrooms received a complete make over including all new fixtures, partitions, accessories and counter tops.
