Prosser Wilbert provided Construction Management At Risk services for the construction of a new crew and administration building for the City of Lenexa’s Municipal Services Department. Instead of being housed in separate buildings, the public works, administration, storm water, facilities management and streets departments will operate out of the new $3.8 million facility.

The project was designed with sustainable features utilizing SIPS roof panels, natural lighting, bio ponds, electrical hookups for electrical cars, recycled paving from the parking lots, and recycled concrete from the building pad. The facility was designed with state-of-the-art communications for the City of Lenexa. Several departments including police, fire, and refuse are dispatched from this new facility.
