The office renovation of the DDRB building consisted of several interior improvements including, the construction of several large meeting rooms, restroom facilities, break rooms, general office space and HVAC upgrades.
During the three-phase process, Prosser Wilbert’s construction team worked hand in hand with the owner and design team to bring everyone’s vision to life while helping to foster an enjoyable working relationship throughout the entire process. PWCI also assisted the owner by providing cost benefit analysis and attached a cost to every decision so that the owner was allowed to make informed decisions throughout the entire design process.
The PWCI project team completed all construction on time and on budget, also while the building was occupied. To minimize possible disruptions; temporary partitions were set up, power was rerouted along with the data and HVAC which was necessary to continue the office staff’s daily operations.
