Prosser Wilbert Construction Inc. was selected to provide preconstruction and general contracting services for a 35,000 square foot pre-cast expansion to an industrial manufacturing facility. The expansion doubled the facilities manufacturing capacity. Project also included MEP design build assistance, a process chiller system and administrative office space. The facility remained open and operational throughout the construction process.
